Sound Group: Creative Music Workshops for Young People
Sound Group is a welcoming, creative music project for young people aged 16–25, offering a supportive space to explore sound and music-making in playful and imaginative ways.
Across six relaxed, hands-on sessions, participants will experiment with unusual sounds using simple instruments, basic technologies and the surrounding environment. The group places an emphasis on attentive listening, collaboration and creativity, with no prior musical experience required.
This project is particularly suited to young people who may be experiencing isolation or social anxiety. Sessions are co-led by experienced artists alongside a qualified psychotherapist, creating a safe, supportive environment that aims to build confidence, nurture wellbeing and reduce isolation.

Four Seasons @ Gallery Holt
A celebration of the land and sea will be our opening exhibition for 2026. Featuring artists from the Royal Society of Marine Artists (RSMA), Wapping Group of Artists (WGA) and the British Plein Air Painters this exhibition sets out to celebrate the outdoors, mother nature and her changing seasons.
ROAR Member Chris Slater, who is also a member of RSMA, will be showing in this fantastic exhibition. Well worth a visit if you’re near Norfolk.

Cusworth Creates: Collage & Brusho with Chris Teal
Cusworth Hall & Park.
Unleash your creativity in this playful, hands-on workshop led by local artist Chris Teal. Whether you’re a seasoned maker or a curious beginner, this nature-inspired session invites you to explore the expressive world of collage. Learn unique collage techniques, create your own artwork using Gesso, recycled materials, and dried foliage picked from nature. Chris will wrap up the workshop with an introduction to painting using Brusho. No experience needed—just bring your imagination and a willingness to get creative!
