Who This Is For

We’re looking for early-career artists based in South Yorkshire who are ready to develop their practice further and are open to collaboration, peer learning, and critical reflection; this opportunity is best suited to those at a point of transition, looking to deepen their work, expand their networks, and engage with new ways of thinking and making.

ROAR Member Eligibility

This opportunity is intended for artists with an established relationship with ROAR. Applicants should typically have been a member for 6 months or more and have actively engaged with our programme, such as attending sessions, skillshares, events, or exhibitions. We will also consider members of less than 6 months who can demonstrate strong, ongoing engagement and a clear commitment to ROAR activity. As this is a member-focused opportunity, recent sign-ups without prior involvement may not be prioritised.
