Curiosities Exhibition

The Curiosities exhibition features artists Amanda Daley (Minx Designs), Chris Bilton, Margaret Hall Fine Art, Ken Horne, and Alan Jackson (CuSi). Each artist brings their own distinct style and medium, making for an impressive and diverse collection of works.

Chris Bilton's has an inspiring ability to capture the essence of his surroundings through various mediums. His paintings and sculptures convey a sense of calmness and tranquility that is truly mesmerising.

Amanda Daley's work is a form of protest against the political and social injustices that impact people's lives on a daily basis. She seamlessly integrates fabrics and embellishments with recycled and repurposed objects, resulting in unique pieces that spark discussion and dialogue.

Margaret Hall's paintings celebrate the natural world's beauty, evoking a sense of wonder and awe in the viewer. Her preferred medium is acrylic, and she enjoys painting local landscapes of the Dales and the Lake District, as well as story pictures and abstracts.

Ken Horne's pieces challenge us to see the world in a different way, to look beyond the surface and find beauty in the unexpected. His use of contrasting textures and materials creates works that convey a message and meaning in a playful yet thought-provoking way.

The "Curiosities" exhibition at thirdspace gallery is a must-see for anyone seeking inspiration and connection through creativity.
